Welcome to Senior Two English Language
This course develops your ability to use English confidently and effectively in real-life situations. Through listening, speaking, reading and writing, you will learn to communicate ideas clearly, understand different types of information, express opinions, take part in discussions and use English accurately for school and everyday life.
During the year, you will explore topics such as Modern Communication Technology, Celebrations, Parents and Children, Anti-corruption, Human Rights, Gender and Responsibilities, Tourism, Maps and Giving Directions, Leisure and Appearance and Grooming.
Lessons include realistic situations, reading and listening activities, conversations, role-plays, photographs, videos, practical tasks, writing activities, group work and competence-based assessments.
